Project | Charlestown Sounds Music Festival
In March 2017 I had my first marketing project. Through my collegiate chapter of the American Marketing Association, I was selected to create and manage social media platforms for a brand new music festival created by a College of Charleston Student. Within thirteen days I had gained a following over one hundred people and gained 8.9k impressions on Twitter without any paid promotions.

In January 2017 I was selected to join the Social Outreach Committee and manage the organization's social media platforms. Prior to me joining, the BSU was mostly inactive on social media. I doubled their following on both Twitter and Instagram while reaching double digit-thousand impressions. After one semester I was elected to be the Chair of the committee where I now oversee all marketing tasks. This position is where I utilized my email marketing skills through MailChimp, basic graphic design skills through Adobe Photoshop and creative directing skills through making a promo video.


Project | College of Charleston Sustainability Literacy Institute Scholars Program
In February 2018 I was assigned to complete a real marketing campaign as a project for my digital marketing course. Within this campaign, I have to create a few defined series of tactics I would use to help market and promote the SLI scholars program. As of today (February 23, 2018) I only have the written plan and will continue to update this post as I get further along with the project.
